Meet the Courthouse Libraries

LiRN supports courthouse libraries that are located within courthouses across Ontario.  Their libraries, staff and collections are arranged by size:  Regional, Area and Local.  Please click on this map for an overview of where courthouse libraries are located in Ontario, or use this search engine. View our customized map of Ontario’s courthouse libraries locations.

Each library has a great range of electronic resources called e-LiRN that you can use in the library or request staff assistance for help.  They also have toll-free numbers that you can call for assistance.  Courthouse libraries are funded by lawyers across Ontario and are not open to the public.
