Group Benefit Coordination by LiRN
LiRN funds the benefits plan for library employees across the network. For contact information and forms, please see the Communications Chart.
To assist funded law association employers in providing access to benefits including long term disability benefits (“LTD”) by providing the opportunity to work in a coordinated fashion, LiRN has contracted for a group policy from Canada Life. This does not affect the association’s role as employer.
Note: Part-time employees work between 15-19 hours per week. Full-time employees are 20+ hours per week. LTD coverage is only offered to full-time employees working at least 20+ hours per week.
Long term disability benefits (“LTD”) – LiRN has contracted for a group policy from Canada Life.
