History: The association was incorporated by Letters Patent in 1909.
Facility: The library, located on the 2nd floor of the district courthouse, has a large reading table. There is also a basement reading room with a table of similar size where the lawyers computer is located. A TV/VCR is available in the basement for viewing discovery tapes etc. The robing area is adjacent to the basement reading room
