Who can access:
Approximately 55 lawyers in Dufferin County, most of whom have offices in Orangeville or Shelburne, as well as a few members with offices in Peel Region.
All Licensed Lawyers, Judges, Justice of the Peace, Board, Commission or Tribunal Members, Articling Students, and Law Students.
Circulation Policy:
Members can sign out print materials. Print materials are generally available to be signed out for two weeks. There are no restrictions on borrowing.

E-LiRN suite of resources including DivorceMate, QL, LN Practical Guidance, WL Criminal Source, WL Estates & Trusts Source, WL Family Source, vlex including Irwin Law’s Essentials in Canadian Law titles and Vincent AI – a reputable source of AI for lawyers.

History:
The association was incorporated by Letters Patent June 13, 1927. In 2005, the library moved from its quarters in the new part of the courthouse (actually an addition that had been built on to the county building) into an older wing that had just been renovated.
Facility:
The library has 6 reading tables, accommodating about 10 users at any given time, in addition to two computer work stations. A smart TV with HDMA capability is available for use in the library. Robing rooms and available lockers are adjacent.
