Who can access:
All Licensed Lawyers, Judges, Justices of the Peace, Articling Students, and LPP/NCA candidates.

Circulation Policy:
Members and judges may borrow a maximum of three books for seven days (one week). Use of materials does not extend to Reference Books, Indices or Case Law Reports. All materials borrowed overnight are subject to immediate recall with no renewals.

Please note, fines for overdue books will be charged on any unreturned items beyond the borrowing period and are subject to replacement fees along with any associated administrative costs.

E-LiRN suite of resources including QL, LN Practical Guidance, WL Criminal Source, WL Estates & Trusts Source, WL Family Source, vlex including Irwin Law’s Essentials in Canadian Law titles and Vincent AI – a reputable source of AI for lawyers.

Unique Details:
The library has a collection of old British Reports. This includes English Reports, Queen’s Bench Division, and King’s Bench which contains case law from the 1700s into the 1900s.
