EAP  is a resource providing access to experienced professionals available for consultation under LiRN’s EAP plan, i.e.  lawyers (1 hour), elder care, dieticians, ETC.

Staff have access to additional resources such as ONLINE COUNSELLING from our EAP is available (use LiRN  Inc. as the group name).  Your Privacy is PROTECTED.   Topics such as Stress, Burnout, Coping with Change, Retirement Planning, Caregiver Support and much more:

LiRN is pleased to provide the following Telus Heath sessions that are free for you to attend.  We have increased the number of sessions this year from 3 to 9 due to popular demand.  They are not mandatory to attend.  Please select any or all that you are interested in.  2026 Telus Health Sessions Schedule

Each session needs to be individually signed-up through the Telus portal via the separate Registration Link provided.   Once registered, you will receive any accompanying materials and an invitation link (to be accepted) for your calendar.

Telus Health Webinar Details 

These sessions will be on the TELUS Health Zoom Meeting platform.  This platform is interactive, with participant camera on/off options and participant names visible to the group.  Microphone mute/unmute options are also available along with the chat function.  This platform is not confidential.  

Webinar Links 

After registering, participants will receive a confirmation email with details about the session and a unique join link to be used on the day of the session. This unique link should not be shared with others. An option to add the session to your calendar will also be included in the confirmation email. 

Participant Material 

The facilitator will upload the guide during the session via the chat function.  

Participant Tips 

  • Participants should click on the link included in the confirmation/reminder email to join the session. If the session was added to the participant calendar, the link will also be included in the calendar invite. 
  • Participants should join the session 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to make sure their technology is working and to troubleshoot if needed. 
  • Participants can join using “computer audio” or can “dial in using teleconferencing options” once they have joined the platform. 
  • Participants are encouraged to turn on their camera during the session, however this is optional.
